BSR’s 29th Anniversary was not only a moment of reflection, but also a transition from Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Company to Vietnam Refining and Petrochemical Corporation — with a larger stature, broader mission and stronger ambition.
RI Events was challenged to tell this story with the right meaning and scale: honoring the legacy of Dung Quat, reinforcing BSR’s pioneering position, and expressing its aspiration for a new chapter.
The event was held on My Khe Beach, Quang Ngai — where strong wind, intense heat, sinking sand and an open coastal setting created major challenges for a high-class gala night with dinner service, a large-scale stage and premium guest experience.
RI Events began with one question:
What is the real story to tell?
The answer began with Dung Quat — a symbol of Vietnam’s aspiration for energy self-reliance.
From there, “Energy Leads The Way – Transforming To Reach Further” became the creative narrative: energy as the foundation, Dung Quat as the legacy, transformation as the milestone, and reaching further as BSR’s ambition in its new stature.
RI Events translated this strategic logic into event language: narrative flow, stage design, visual rhythm, performance direction and guest experience.

RI Events transformed a challenging beach site into a refined, elegant and well-controlled gala environment.
The sinking sand surface was solved through coordinated flooring, structural support, service flow and operational planning. Sound, lighting and visual systems were designed for open coastal conditions, ensuring performance impact, speech clarity and overall guest experience.
Within a short production timeline, the content, script, stage direction and 3D visual system were developed around one coherent narrative: from energy legacy, to transformation, to the ambition of reaching further.
The event turned a challenging beach setting into an emotional gala experience aligned with BSR’s transformation milestone.
Its value was not defined by numbers, but by the way a corporate anniversary became a meaningful brand moment: more contemporary, more symbolic and more purposeful.
